About Simon Morley
Simon is a Hampshire based award Winning singer/songwriter
with his own particular style of Genre Blending Indie Folk music.
With heartfelt touching and amusing real-life stories behind them.

He has had Radio play with CHBN radio, Blues and Roots radio, and Readifolk Radio and recently had a his single 'Dogs at the Door' played on BBC introducing.
He has performed at many upcoming music venues including Login Lounge , Camberley , RamJam records in Kingston , Purple Turtle in Reading , Other space arts centre in Windsor , and South Hill park Arts Centre in Bracknell and many others.

This year he won 'Showcase artist of the Year 2026' at the GSMC music awards in​​ Bracknell.
performing his own brand of originals, and a selection of individualised covers.

2026 hopes to build on these successes and work towards more single releases and an Album.

Recently released
'Dancing in the Rain' , is a song about a time when Natalie (Now my Wife) and myself were walking by the river , after an evening meal. We heard some music coming from a Hall in the back of the park and joked about gatecrashing and started dancing to the music . Literally as soon as we started dancing it started raining !! Natalie laughed and carried on dancing ! , which i found hilarious and we carried on until we were soaked!! An old couple walked past with a big brolly and said 'you two look really happy' ... we were!
